Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves supervising workers, managing resources, and ensuring safety and compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management leadership, and communication, and be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver successful construction projects.

Position Responsibilities
•    Supervise Site Operations: Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring work is being completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
•    Manage Workforce: Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and labor resources. Ensure team members are working efficiently and safely.
•    Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones and timelines, ensuring the work is on schedule. Address any delays or obstacles that may arise during construction.
•    Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and quality expectations. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.
•    Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the worksite is in compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Provide ongoing safety training and conduct safety meetings.
•    Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment required for construction. Monitor inventory and ensure the correct resources are available to avoid project delays.
•    Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the project manager and other team members. Provide daily or weekly reports on progress, challenges, and any changes to the project scope.
•    Cost Control: Monitor construction costs and assist in managing the project budget. Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
•    Problem-Solving: Address any technical or operational challenges that arise during the construction process. Proactively find solutions to prevent delays or complications.
•    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Coordinate inspections as required by local authorities.
•    Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project.Qualifications:
•    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
•    Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction supervision or related roles.
•    Certifications: OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant construction safety certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
•    Ability to work in all weather conditions and on active construction sites.
•    Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials or equipment up to [50] pounds.
•    Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Work Environment:
•    Work is primarily conducted on construction sites, where noise, dust, and variable weather conditions may be present.
•    Regular travel to project sites may be required.
