Position Overview
The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and knowledge of baking techniques to ensure high-quality products that meet food safety and quality standards.

Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Decorate and finish baked products as needed
- Ensure products meet quality, taste, and appearance standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory and report ingredient or supply needs
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Culinary or baking certification is an advantage but not required
