Office Manager — Corrado Properties

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (in-office) Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Corrado Properties is a real estate and hospitality enterprise with roots going back nearly 25 years, now with a growing footprint in West Palm Beach, Florida, where our company offices are based. Our portfolio includes:

  • Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa — a luxury resort on the Colorado River in Moab, Utah, offering an unmatched combination of outdoor adventure and refined hospitality
  • A new hospitality project in development next to Zion National Park, including Zion Spirit, a six-star resort and residential development under the Jaya brand
  • Hotel Biba in West Palm Beach, currently being reimagined as a private social club and hotel — a chic, creative community gathering place

We're a small, fast-moving ownership group building distinctive properties across two states, and we're looking for someone who thrives on variety, keeps things organized, and takes pride in doing things right.

The Role

We're hiring an Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our West Palm Beach corporate office. This is a hands-on, generalist role spanning bookkeeping support, recruiting coordination, and general office administration — ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting a multi-property portfolio.

What You'll Do

Accounting Support

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, code and track invoices
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting across properties
  • Liaise with outside bookkeepers/accountants as needed

Recruiting & HR Coordination

  • Post open roles, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews across our properties
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and new-hire logistics
  • Help maintain personnel files and track staffing needs across locations

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, vendors, correspondence, and filing
  • Support ownership with scheduling, travel coordination, and communications
  • Serve as the central point of contact between the corporate office and property teams
  • Handle ad hoc projects as our portfolio continues to grow

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in the construction or hospitality industry strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping practices (QuickBooks or similar experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential financial and personnel information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude — this is a growing company where the role will evolve
