Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, vendors, correspondence, and filing
- Support ownership with scheduling, travel coordination, and communications
- Serve as the central point of contact between the corporate office and property teams
- Handle ad hoc projects as our portfolio continues to grow
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in the construction or hospitality industry strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping practices (QuickBooks or similar experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential financial and personnel information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude — this is a growing company where the role will evolve
