Position Overview
At Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa, our Adventure Guides help guests connect with the magic of Moab’s red rock country. You’ll support the Experience team by coordinating daily outings, answering guest questions, and making sure every adventure feels smooth, safe, and unforgettable. This role is hands‑on, outdoors‑driven, and perfect for someone who loves sharing the desert’s beauty and creating meaningful guest moments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Guided adventures including UTV rides, scenic hikes, and bike tours that showcase the ranch and surrounding canyon country.

• Local knowledge shared in an approachable way, covering Arches, Canyonlands, and nearby hidden gems.

• Guest safety maintained throughout every outing, with experiences tailored to each guest’s pace and interests.

• Hospitality moments that make guests feel welcome, cared for, and excited to explore.

• Team coordination to help schedule and support daily adventure offerings.

• Outdoor passion brought to every interaction, from trail talk to quiet moments along the river.

• Guest education on local geography, history, wildlife, and plant life.

• General support for ranch and guest‑experience needs as they arise.

      Experience

• Current WFR certification required before start date.

• Strong familiarity with Moab or extensive personal exploration of the region.

• Confident operation of UTVs.

• Experience guiding individuals and groups; private guiding experience preferred.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Limited on‑site housing may be available on a first‑come basis. Pay is based on experience. Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
